"My agent and her staff are great! I have multi-car and RV insurance with them. Whenever I had a claim they were always right there to help me. But the premium on one of the vehicles went up a couple years ago due to a so called “increase in parts.” That is not the fault of my agent or staff. So I will remain a customer simply because of them. But I wonder what the next increase will be “due to”."
